VR has nothing but potential, but despite the leaps and bounds it's made in the past few years, no one's quite figured out how to tell a true virtual reality story yet.
"We are really early when it comes to VR storytelling. I don’t think we fundamentally understand the ruleset," Jason Rubin, head of content at Oculus, tells The Guardian. "When the first video cameras came out, it took a long time to get a current language that we use in films and we all take for granted."
