'Smash Party VR' Lets You Virtually Satisfy Your Appetite for Destruction

Publish date:

Titmouse Animation and Viacom NEXT are set to release Smash Party VR, a virtual reality experience that lets users live out their appetite for destruction by smashing a large variety of animated objects, from TV sets to ceramic plates.

“We took the real life experience of smashing things with a baseball bat and made a virtual reality experience where you can smash things with a baseball bat. I’ve created stuff like knife-wielding cats and fire vomiting demons in VR, but I haven’t yet destroyed them in VR. Now I finally can,” says Chris Prynoski, Titmouse president and founder.

Smash Party VR will be released for free on the HTC Vive at the end of this year.
