Digiday profiles Corey Haik, The Washington Post's executive director of emerging news product who has been recognized for leading a digital renaissance at the newspaper.

“She’s a creative force in our newsroom,” says Martin Baron, Washington Post's executive editor. “She has her eye on what’s happening in our field, she’s always interested in what’s new and going on, and she recognizes that people today are getting news in unconventional ways. We’re entering so many partnerships, and the newsroom really needs to be a big part of that. We’re not a walled garden here.”
