Playable Music Video Takes Viewers on a Psychedelic Tour

Nathaniel Ainley describes The Quincey’s new music video, “Make it Right,” as “Fear and Loathing in virtual reality.” Created by digital artist Vinyl Williams, the immersive, psychedelic video for the Italian band includes an iOS app that allows the viewer to “ride” through a virtual environment of distorted, dreamy neon visuals. “Players start their journeys in a valley of barely distinguishable abstract structures and designs,” Ainley says. “Using arrow keys, they drive a Cadillac through a canyon of arched gates echoing the Arc de Triomphe.”
