The Who to Release Virtual Reality App

Celebrating their 50th anniversary next year, legendary rock band The Who will be releasing a companion app to their compilation album The Who Hits 50! which will have an Oculus Rift virtual reality element.

Says Michael Fenna, the creative director of Immersive (the company who's making the app), "We’ve built it as an evolving thing: there’s a real chance to tell a narrative in a more engaging way than in a book or a film."
