A new eMarketer report titled "The 4G Factor: Faster Mobile Networks Fuel Content Consumption" examines how 4G adoption will impact mobile video consumption.
eMarketer writes, "The higher overall rates of data consumption by 4G users have distinct implications for advertisers and marketers with regard to the types of media mobile users consume. Faster download speeds and greater bandwidth can open the doors for a range of new possibilities in various areas, such as rich media campaigns. But widespread 4G will likely have the greatest effect on mobile video consumption, which has already become a standard element of mobile behavior in well-developed mobile markets."
