NBC Reveals Live-Streaming Plans for Olympics

NBC Sport Chairman Mark Lazarus talked the network's Olympics streaming plan at a panel at the Hollywood Radio & Television Society.

“We think that streaming everything live—mostly in an authenticated world—should satisfy that pure sports fan," he said. NBC got a lot of backlash over the broadcast of its 2012 Olympics when a lot of the most popular events were saved for primetime TV. However, almost all of the events were streamed live online then too.
