Tweak Software’s RV 3.12 is Now Available

Tweak Software

has released the newest version of its RV image and sequence viewer for VFX and animation artists. Introduced early this month at SIGGRAPH 2011, RV 3.12 includes a brand new presentation mode, support for ARRI Alexa and RED formats, cost-effective stereo reviews using 3D TVs and a host of new features.

Highlights of the new RV 3.12 release include:
• Presentation mode for full screen output on a second device
• Stereo TV support for HDMI 1.4a and DVI (including frame packed mode)
• Automatic multi-way sync
• RVPUSH command line program to control RV
• ARRI Alexa ARRIRAW file support
• RED Raw file support
• ACES Files and Color Space Support
• Exr Attribute pass-through or command line creation in RVIO
• Output Primaries can be specified in RV session file
• CDL (Color Decision List) values can be specified in RV session file
• Two way web integration using javascript and webkit.
