BURBANK, CA – Slate Media Group, LLC is excited to announce that it has acquired, through a private sale, a substantial portion of the assets of Telecorps Holdings, Inc. securing its place as a leading provider of technology and services to the entertainment industry. Slate Media Group will operate under the following brands: Technicolor - PostWorks New York, PostWorks New York, Hula Post Production, and Wexler Video.
