Post Logic Studios Provides Post Services to 7th Annual Media That Matters Film Festival

Facility Provides Conformed Festival Master, Audio Mastering Services and Final Color Correction to Socially Conscious Short Films

Post Logic Studios, a leading bicoastal independent post-production and digital intermediate (DI) service facility, is providing post-production services, including film conform, final color correction and audio mastering services, for the seventh annual Media That Matters Film Festival, premiering on May 30 at the IFC Center in Greenwich Village, NY.

Now moving into its seventh year, the Media That Matters Film Festival is an interactive, yearlong celebration of short films on immigration, global warming, free trade, gay rights, sustainable agriculture and other pressing social issues. During its six-year history, Media That Matters has presented films that have gone on to catalyze national legislation, change corporate hiring practices, spur social action and inspire new filmmaking.

starting on June 1, 2007. The films will then embark on a tour of 100+ locations across the United States and around the world. This year‘s film selections feature topics ranging from Egypt‘s recycling entrepreneurs (Garbage Dreams) and vigilante U.S. border patrols (Rights on the Line: Vigilantes at the Border) to aspiring Colombian rappers (Rapping at Fear) and genocide in Rwanda and Darfur (Massacre at Murambi).
