MDOTS LAUNCHED, FIRST PROJECT IS EMMY AWARDS

Hollywood, CA, August 3, 2006 - MDots has been launched as a new creative and broadcast design agency in Hollywood. The company will specialize in the conception, design and production of motion graphics for network and channel branding packages, TV show main titles, live-action promotional spots, and show packages for TV specials and award shows, as well as producing “on-stage” graphics seen on screens that appear within those television programs themselves. The announcement was made today by Emmy Award winner Allan Wells, president/founder, and Marc Dahlstrom, Managing Director, MDots.

As its first project, MDots will create the broadcast graphics show package for the 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards telecast. That special television presentation will air on NBC, on Sunday, August 27th. Executive Producers are Ken Ehrlich and Jeff Ross.

Vince Jimenez, Design Director with MDots, will oversee the company‘s newly assembled creative and production team, while Anne Babin will serve as the lead designer for this project. Mr. Jimenez‘s creative credits include broadcast design work for such high profile TV awards shows as The Grammys, The Golden Globes, The Latin Grammys, The Screen Actors Guild Awards, The People's Choice Awards, The CMA Awards, The Academy of Country Music Awards, The Tony Awards, and The BET Awards, to name some.
