jumP Hits the Rails with CSX

Working with Believe Media Director Gerard de Thame via Mullen, jumP Editor Michael Saia recently blended a pair of beautiful :30s promoting freight rail company, CSX's, efficient and environmentally sound business practices.

Enviro-Brackets

promotes CSX's ability to move one ton of freight nearly 500 miles on just one gallon of fuel with a custom-crafted thank-you from nature's grateful denizens. Flora and fauna alike articulate themselves into the shape of the company's logo as a tribute to its green practices: a herd of pronghorn running along a plain; apples hanging from the side of a tree; fallen leaves on an ocean side hill; and a flock of migrating birds soaring overhead.

Tracks

is a masterpiece of symmetry, symbolically evoking the power of CSX to efficiently move cargo by zooming over a series of neatly lined object that could not get to market without the railroad. The camera, mimicking a train moving over tracks, moves rapidly over parked shopping carts, rows of crops, shelves of shoes, items on a factory conveyor belt, a ladder, lines of bottles on a supermarket shelf, and ends with a spectacular shot of a CSX train emerging from a tunnel.
