Venerable Audio Repair and Restoration Suite Gets Nod in Signal Processing Software Category

iZotope, Inc., a leading audio technology company, is proud to announce that RX 3 is a Technical Excellence & Creativity (TEC) Award nominee for best Signal Processing Software. RX transforms flawed audio by removing noises, distortions, reverb, and other common audio problems. Post production professionals, audio engineers, and video editors alike use RX to transform previously unusable audio into pristine material for their productions worldwide.

With the third generation of RX, iZotope continued their history of user-driven development to further the product's focus on the working professional. Along with several workflow enhancements, new Dialogue Denoiser and Dereverb modules were added.

"Nominations and awards let us know that we are on the right track in developing solutions that make audio professionals' work faster, easier, and sound better," said Alex Westner, iZotope's Director of Product Management. "We would like to thank the NAMM Foundation and the voters for this great opportunity to be recognized."

Since the TEC Award nomination period, iZotope has released RX 4, continuing to build on the award-winning standard set by the previous generations.
