HERO: Creative Management and Strategy has launched in Los Angeles, providing independent sales and talent management to the commercial production industry in the West Coast and Texas markets. Founded by Harrison Elkins, HERO represents shops across live action production, VFX and animation, editorial, and music and audio; with current roster clients including Spark & Riot, Fancy Content, Gentlemen, and Ring the Alarm.

“After many years of driving in-house sales, it became clear that my contacts were increasingly seeking my expertise on larger industry trends and evolutions that went far beyond my in-house offerings,” said Elkins. “I’ve been fortunate to build many strong relationships across all segments of the commercial world, and now is the right time for me to officially move into this role as an industry-wide resource. I’m passionate about partnering with forward-thinking companies and working together to raise the bar for success in this shifting landscape.”

Elkins brings a decade of talent management and sales experience across major U.S. markets, most recently serving as Head of Sales at bicoastal studio Humble + Postal for over three years, setting new sales benchmarks and positioning the company for direct-to-brand partnerships. He has a proven track record of success with sales across mediums, identifying and nurturing up-and-coming talent, building and managing client/brand relationships, innovative approaches to marketing, and cultivating new business opportunities. Recent client work booked through HERO includes a new Jaguar campaign for Spark & Riot with Spark44, M&C Saatchi’s new campaign for the San Diego Zoo with Gentlemen, and ongoing work with Beats by Dre for Ring the Alarm.

“Harrison brings a new energy and approach that is very compelling in the competitive world of production sales,” shared Robert Wherry, Executive Producer & Founder of Fancy Content. “The industry is changing and Harrison is a trusted resource for not just sales and management, but bigger strategic considerations. I was very excited to join him in this endeavor and I’m confident that HERO’s clients will flourish with him at the helm.”
