Earlier this year, Digieffects entered its second phase of the partnership with Roxio, licensing Aged Film, Newsprint, Skew and Interference for inclusion with Video Lab HD, a new editing and DVD creation software which supports 3D. Today, Digieffects is unveiling the third tier of the agreement, in which Roxio has begun reselling Digieffects VFX plug-ins directly to its millions of consumer and prosumer customers worldwide. The Digieffects plug-ins will be marketed under the product names Video Effects Nature and Video Effects Enhance & Style

The impact of all of theses agreements is significant as it exponentially extends Digieffects reach beyond professional content creation markets and into consumer, prosumer and enthusiast markets. These new developments also mean that customers creating content for the consumer-generated digital video phenomenon – including those users shooting with cell phones and ultra-small form factor tapeless video cameras – now have access to powerful visual effects plug-ins developed by Digieffects, and optimized for Roxio’s consumer video applications.

Select Digieffects plug-ins from the Delirium V2 and Damage V2 family of visual effects plug-ins are now available immediately as part of Roxio’s newly announced Video Effects Nature and Video Effects Enhance & Style. These effects pack are compatible with Roxio Creator 2011, 2010 or 2009 and plug-in directly into VideoWave editor.
