Bemis Balkind Strengthens Its TV Group to Reflect Increased Commitment to the Changing TV Industry; Promotes Kishan Muthucumaru to Spearhead TV Group

To best handle this increased activity, Bemis Balkind has promoted Kishan Muthucumaru to spearhead the agency’s TV Group.
