Austin, TX — March 23, 2015 — Beast, a national creative editorial company, today announced that Ben Ellis has been promoted to editor. Ellis has been with Beast’s Austin office for seven years, starting as a freelance assistant editor and later transitioning to lead assistant editor under Sam Selis, working on national commercial projects for Walgreen’s, Zales, Pacifico Beer, and more. He holds a degree in film from the department of Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas. Ellis discovered his passion for editing as a teenager while making amateur skateboarding videos with friends.
