1080 Inc. Names Randy Dalton Chief Operating Officer

Randy A. Dalton has joined 1080 Inc. in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer at the company’s headquarters based in San Antonio, Texas. With five supporting divisions, the flagship 1080 Inc. takes a wide array of content from script to screen. Dalton, a multifaceted executive with expertise in developing, launching and building brands sees his role as reinforcing the company’s corporate brand and unifying the production, post, graphics and animation divisions into a harmonious organization with a broad customer base. Dalton comes on board from Pixie Stuff L.L.C., a leading edge publishing and creative entertainment venue aimed at promoting education and growth for children. Prior to his tenure at Pixie Stuff L.L.C. he spent 10 years with HIT Entertainment, L.L.C. where he served as director of production, executive producer and, finally, managing director. The publicly-held UK Company has an extensive catalog of top children’s brands, including Barney and Friends™, Bob the Builder™, Thomas and Friends™ and The Wiggles®.
