The new adrenaline-rushed commercial for Jaguar captures the spirit of highway-romance going 0-60 in 4.9 seconds – in a Jaguar XK-XKR. Outside Editorial helped realize the overall feel of the spot by interweaving sleek typography and graphic stimulation inspired by both the XK-XKR’s aesthetic and the ambience of the open highway. Highlighting the sheer power and artistry of the XK-XKR’s bold body and big engine, the spot is a revved-up testament to the Jaguar slogan, “Dramatic design in motion. Credits: Client: Jaguar/Ford Motor Company Spot Title: “Switches Advertising Agency: Euro RSCG/NY Creative Directors: Alicia Johnson, Hal Wolverton Executive Producer: Erik Iversen Producer: Jason Heller Associate Producer: Chris Muldoon Editorial Company: Outside Editorial/NY Editor: Neil Gust Assistant Editor: Matt Jacob Senior Post Producer: Jen Sienkwicz Postproduction Company: Outside Editorial/NY Colorist: Alex Bickel Online Editor: Matt Jacob Visual Effects Company: Outside Editorial/NY Flame Artist: Renee Tymn Graphics Designer: Jacques Levet Audio Post: Berwyn Audio/ NY Engineer: Eric Thompson Outside Editorial is an independent postproduction boutique based in Soho, offering advertising agencies a world-class, collaborative roster of editorial and design talent, cutting edge technology, and exceptional client services.
