London, UK – 3 November 2010 – LipSync Post is proud to be associated with several films that have recently won awards or nominations at major British film events: LipSync’s audio team, led by Paul Cotterell, celebrated a deserved win at the 2010 Conch Awards in the category of Best Film Soundtrack Under £10million for its work on Nowhere Boy. LipSync completed DI on the acclaimed documentary The Arbor, which won two awards at the 2010 London Film Festival. It is also nominated for six British Independent Film Awards (BIFA), including Best British Documentary; the winners will be announced on 5 December. LipSync not only provided all post-production services but was also a production partner on Made in Dagenham, which has been honoured with four BIFA nominations including Best Screenplay. LipSync’s VFX team completed 305 out of a total of 800 vfx shots on the cult smash Kick-Ass, which is nominated for three BIFAs including Best British Independent Film.
