Autodesk 2013 Game Show Reel Call for Submissions Now Open

Autodesk has opened a call for submissions for its annual Game Show Reel. Set to debut at GDC 2013 from March 27-29 in San Francisco, the reel will feature some of the industry's top creative talent. It will also be broadcast on

, as well as at other Autodesk-sponsored events throughout the year – offering artists a great avenue to showcase their recent work.

Original video game cinematics, trailers, in-game sequences or animations created in 2012 with 3ds Max, Beast, the Entertainment Creation Suites, HumanIK, Kynapse, Maya, MotionBuilder, Mudbox, Scaleform and/or Softimage are eligible for entry. Additionally, Autodesk is interested in receiving high-res images and HD video for inclusion in its 2013 marketing materials.

The deadline for video and imagery submissions is February 1, 2013.

The 204-node MediorNet system has been installed in the new NextRadioTV facilities on the Paris campus of the Altice Group, which acquired NextRadioTV in 2016, to support signal distribution, routing, and processing over a single decentralized real-time network.
