U2’s New Music Video Showcases Groundbreaking Interactive LED Screen

Mark Romanek’s music video for U2’s “Invisible” not only showcases the veteran band in performance mode but also a groundbreaking interactive LED screen from Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF) that translates live movement into abstract imagery.

Says MLF director Robin McNicholas, “Cameras track the movement of the band and audience and feed that information into the Punkalator, an application developed specifically for this project by MLF. This then interfaces with a Green Hippo Media Server and works in sync with Protools and a GrandMA lighting console.”
