See the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera vs. the Sony a7S in a High-Contrast Scene

In the below video, Tim Shoebridge compares the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera in ProRes vs. raw as well as Sony a7S‘ S-LOG 2 on a high-contrast scene.

He explains of his methodology, “I post-processed the BMPCC raw footage by importing the DNG files into Lightroom, made some white balance and exposure adjustments, then exported to LRTimelapse for assembling the video in HD ProRes 444 quality. The slight dreamy movement in the water of the raw footage is a consequence of using LRTimelapse’s excellent built-in motion blur effect.”
