Zero 2 Sixty Signs Director Reginald Hudlin

Director/Writer/Producer Reginald Hudlin (“Serving Sara,” “The Ladies Man,” “Boomerang”) has signed with the New York-based commercial production company Zero 2 Sixty for exclusive commercial representation.

Reggie Hudlin, has an affinity for directing dialogue/humor/celebrities, and, while exploring a more permanent arrangement, worked with Zero 2 Sixty, on several Burger King spots for Uniworld/NYC and commercials for McDonald’s through Burrell/Chicago.

Hudlin has a number of film, television and publishing projects in the works as well. He is currently developing a pair of television shows for 20th Century Fox Television, and another for ABC Family. In addition, he is writing two graphic novels – one is a sci-fi comedy about race, music and the everlasting quest for funkiness, the other is a political satire – both for Crown Publishing. The first is scheduled to be in bookstores in 2004.

Hudlin joins a creative Zero 2 Sixty team, which includes Directors Robert Mowen, Danny Weisberg and Andras Mahr; Executive Producer Doug Robbins; all of whom are represented by Head of Sales Brenda Burton, Midwest rep Julie Vargo and West coast rep Sandra Riley.

Earlier in his commercial career, Hudlin directed two spots for Uniworld, one for AT&T and another for Burger King, through Shooting Star (New York, NY).

Hudlin is a Harvard University (Boston, MA) graduate who makes his home in Los Angeles with his wife.
