Terry Gilliam’s ‘Zero Theorem’ Graded at Technicolor

A stunning visual spectacle with color schemes playing an integral role in the storytelling, director Terry Gilliam’s film The Zero Theorem was graded by MPC colorist Richard Fearon. Technicolor provided postproduction and deliverables on the film.

Working through Technicolor, Fearon completed the multi-faceted grade, following directions to “create a colorful, bold, powerful world through which the main character appears drained in his never-ending search for the meaning of life.” Fearon adds, “Working with Terry and his DP, Nicola Pecorini, was a real adventure that pushed every boundary.”
