Gia Coppola has directed a 4-part series of videos for Gucci’s 2016 pre-fall collection based on the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.
Produced by Condé Nast’s 23 Stories, the videos are running on six of the magazine company’s properties including Vogue, The New Yorker, and Vanity Fair. On Gucci.com, the series can be seen in its entirety along with a shoppable list of all of the looks featured in it.
“Gucci has a very strong voice, and we used that as a North Star,” Josh Stinchcomb, managing director of 23 Stories, tells Glossy. “When we’re creating content, we can always refer back to it. That makes the brand so ripe for storytelling.”
