Find Out Why the Sony FS5 Is ‘Lovable’

FocusPulling’s Paul Moon writes an in-depth review of the Sony FS5, writing, “So the FS5 didn’t start a revolution (and I guess you can’t call something a game changer if it was just a missing piece).  But ultimately: it’s lovable. You can think of it as the NEX-FS100 brought up to date with 4K (as the intervening NEX-FS700 was a broken promise for 4K). The FS5 checks off all the boxes, squeezes into a smaller size, and feels good in the hand. It also has a fussy codec for internal recording, mediocre light sensitivity, and costs too damn much.”
