Digital System Technology’s Corporate Headquarters Relocates to Larger Facility

IRWINDALE, CALIF., September 6, 2001 – Systems integration providerDigital System Technology, Inc., (DST), has moved to a brand newfacility constructed specifically for the company’s headquarters inIrwindale, Calif. The new space is approximately 21,000 square ft. andis one of two DST offices equipped for Palletization – constructionbefore shipment to the customer’s site.

“The type of stations and streaming facilities we’re building rightnow require an even larger facility in which to build,” said DST vicepresident and chief operating officer J.T. Duggin. “Plus, we havecertain requirements that only a custom-built plant can provide. We’revery pleased with the quality and scope of the projects we’re involvedwith and wanted an optimal environment to produce the best possiblesolutions for our customers. Our company motto is ‘Customer First,’ andthis new facility reflects that commitment.”

After the company’s formation in 1995, DST quickly establisheditself as a system integrator on the leading edge of technology withthe completion of KITV, in Honolulu, the first commercially licenseddigital television station to go on-air in December 1997. DST has sinceintroduced a centralized, automated station design for multi-channelbroadcasting from a single facility for The Ackerley Group, a nationalmedia and entertainment company.
