Hurlbut Academy just launched its “Isolation Filmmaking Challenge,” with these instructions:

Find something routine at home (like vacuuming or doing laundry).

Film it using cool camera angles and moves.

Edit it into a short video. (“Hotpocket Made Cinematic” is, ahem, the sample below.)

Upload it and tag @hurlbutacademy on Facebook or Instagram by April 14.

They’ll announce the winner in a week and give the winning filmmaker a free all-access membership to Hurlbut Academy for a year (worth $950).
