Says Cohen, "There was lots of questioning about how are people actually going to discover all this online video content and programming. These online video search engines worked really well if you knew exactly what you wanted to find...but there was no way to search for entertainment. Like if you don't know the program Lost exists, there's no way to search for it in a search engine. So how do you find out about it? You find out about it through marketing and advertising, through your social circles, or through critics. And we decided that we wanted to be that critic and start covering the online video space with an analytical voice."
