August: Osage County editor Stephen Mirrione tells Editors Guild Magazine about how an early interest in psychology and the arts led to his successful career.

He says, "When I was a kid, I got it in my mind very early on that I wanted to be a psychologist. It was like a kid saying he wants to be a fireman or a policeman. I do think there was something about the brain, emotions, people’s reactions with each other and family dynamics that fascinated me...Editing, I found, incorporated all of the things I was interested in: music and performance and storytelling."
