A&E is asking users to submit title sequence ideas for its upcoming drama series, Bates Motel, a prequel of sorts to the classic film Psycho. Participants have until January 3rd to submit a 15-second video on Bates Motel's Facebook page for a chance to win $2500 and to see their idea brought to life as the series' official title sequence.

Says producer Carlton Cuse, "We’re looking for an awesome fifteen-second title sequence that captures the feel of Bates Motel — not as a slasher/horror show, but as a complex, character-based thriller.”
