New Study Reveals Almost 50% of People in Their 30s Watch Online News Videos

A new study from Pew Research found that 36% of all U.S. adults watch their news via online video, about the same amount who watch cable news channels.

Writes ReelSEO’s Greg Jarboe, “After digging into the new survey data, I discovered a couple of even bigger stories and at least one paradigm shift. The report from the Pew Research Center, ‘News Video on the Web,’ found that those under age 50 are the heaviest consumers of digital news videos. In fact, 48% of 18-to-29-year-olds, and 49% of 30-to-49-year-olds now watch online news video.”
