A new study from Pew Research found that 36% of all U.S. adults watch their news via online video, about the same amount who watch cable news channels.

The report from the Pew Research Center, ‘News Video on the Web,’ found that those under age 50 are the heaviest consumers of digital news videos. In fact, 48% of 18-to-29-year-olds, and 49% of 30-to-49-year-olds now watch online news video.”
