New Survey Shows That Millennials Prefer Streaming Sites But Traditional TV Genres

A new survey from TiVo looks at the viewing habits of millennials and comes away with some interesting, though not necessarily surprising, findings.

Writes Wayne Friedman of MediaPost, “Some 72% of those born between the early 1980s and 2000s report using free streaming sites, such as Hulu, TV network streaming Web sites or YouTube, according to a new TiVo survey. The upside: They still favor traditional TV genres.”
