In the below behind-the-scenes video from The Creators Project, directors Ian Forsyth and Jane Pollard describe the thought process behind their scripted film about musician Nick Cave, 20,000 Days on Earth.

Says Pollard,"We've been friends with Nick for the past 8,9 years and it felt like we could conspire with him to make a bigger film, a film about the creative spirit, like what that burning little spark in all of us is, and what we do with our time on Earth and how we measure it."
