Sicario editor Joe Walker talks to The Credits about his work on Denis Villeneuve's taut drama about an FBI agent (Emily Blunt) trying to take down drug cartels in Mexico.

Says Walker about his decision to use close-ups for one of the film's most climactic, dialogue-heavy sequences, "My big discovery in life really was that when there is great tension in a performance, holding it invites the audience in, you get to read people’s faces and body language more. You’re not cutting and holding the audience’s hand and pointing up everything, but trying to make every cut count."
