Man vs. Magnet Creates Vibrant, Thoughtful Animation for The Girl Effect Movement

A new short animation from Man vs. Magnet and Not to Scale for non-profit The Girl Effect shows what would happen if five Ethiopian girls had the opportunity to complete their edcuation and reach their full potentials.

Animator Matt Smithson tells Digital Arts, "We wanted to start where the last film left [in 2008] off, but move in a new direction, using more vibrant colours and textures. The goal was to create a photo collage technique that showed a somewhat realistic view of Ethiopia.”
