Darren Aronofsky and JR Collaborate on Climate Change Art Installation

Darren Aronofsky and French artist JR have collaborated for a touring video projection installation called "Standing March." Designed to coincide with the major climate change conference taking place in Paris this week, the piece involves video of 500 individuals looking directly in the eyes of the viewer to bring home the point that "the world is watching" the outcome of the conference.

"We must back the world leaders who are here in Paris working for the future of our planet," says Aronofsky. "We expect decisions, we expect commitments, and we expect timeframes. It’s about people, from Tuvalu to New Orleans, whose lives are threatened by climate change. The world depends on a solution.”
