Canon C500 Shoots ISON Comet from International Space Station

A modified Canon C500 has shot footage of the ISON comet from the International Space Station.

Writes motionVFX blog, "The footage shot with Canon's camera is quite important and exceptional as it was shot from the vantage point of outer space. In other words it is not subject to atmospheric fluctuation, so it allowed for the capture of clear video images that would not have been possible if shot from Earth."
