British Airways celebrated its inaugural direct flight from London to Singapore with a projection mapping project that allowed a blank small-scale airplane to take to the digital skies.

Event TV explains, "[Agency Projection Artworks] produced a 4D projection that lit up a smaller-scale model of the plane. Lighting effects were choreographed to music, while dry ice created an illusion of flying above the clouds. Seven HD projectors were used to cover the background walls, floor and miniature aircraft, while a D3 media server gave the team a chance to experiment with perspective and depth perception."
