Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 11, which combines Resolve's color correction capabilities with over 70 new editing features, has come out of beta and is now shipping as fully-formed software. The update is available free of charge for all existing DaVinci Resolve customers.

Writes RedShark News, "Among other key points are the ability to import and work with still camera raw files, and to automatically color-match across a whole production. For many editors, this will be an outstanding time saver, as--if only as a first pass--they'll be able to deliver a 'sensible' grade much earlier than before."
