VuWall Offering Free Visualization Tool to Help With Coronavirus Info

Will enable communities to create temporary video wall messages.

MONTREAL—In an effort to assist those working on the front line of preventing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in communities, VuWall has announced that it is offering its VuWall2 visualization tool as a free download.

Upon downloading VuWall2, any screen can integrate visual information from a number of different sources, including web pages, computers on the network, IP cameras, local applications and video conferencing tools. It can be setup on a PC or a makeshift video wall with up to four displays. Content can be arranged in any configuration, and a ticker can be run for emergency messaging. Layouts can be quickly created, saved and recalled.

“We hope that by offering our VuWall2 for no cost as a way to create a temporary emergency video wall control center, we can aid key organizations in managing this influx of data and help keep people informed,” said Paul Vander Plaetse, CEO at VuWall.

VuWall2 software is only needed on the PC driving the displays, it can then be controlled from any computer on the network.
