FSR, AVIXA and Biamp Update Buildings at Andrew Young School

The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies took on the challenge of converting empty and abandoned buildings and renovating them into high-tech learning centers.

ATLANTA—The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies took on the challenge of converting empty and abandoned buildings and renovating them into high-tech learning centers. To do this, the school enlisted the help of FSR, AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) and Biamp as collaborators.

The trio of companies are specifically lending their hands to a custom experience that will be held at these buildings on Dec. 6. The experience will take attendees on a tour of two historic buildings and how the school—and FSR, AVIXA and Biamp—are upgrading the sites to functional modern learning centers.

“This is a rare opportunity for end-users from the education, healthcare and corporate sectors of the pro AV market to see what went into renovating these buildings and turning them into advanced, high-technology learning centers,” said Gina Sansivero, director of business development, education, at FSR.

The event will take place at the school’s Andrew Young Building from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, visit www.cvent.com.
