ComQi, a global multi-channel message management company, and Aceso, a medical management and communications solutions provider, have partnered to provide the health-care sector with digital-media solutions.
ComQi’s “Engage Content Management” platform has been integrated into Aceso’s enterprise level “UpTech” platform offering hospitals and health-care facilities a cloud-based digital media solution that provides a full-range of creative content, the companies said.
The network will be for staff, patients and visitor viewing, and includes patient testimonials, stories of strength and local messaging with entertaining video features, news and weather as well as informative facility information.
Hospital waiting rooms, cafeterias, lobbies and lounges can be outfitted with interactive media solutions, and way-finding solutions for touch screen kiosks and other interactive viewing mediums, the firms said.
“We are thrilled about this partnership and the benefits it will deliver to the health-care community wanting to adopt digital signage and a broader multi-channel communication strategy,” said Stuart Armstrong, ComQi’s president Americas. “Aceso is leveraging technology that we typically deploy in retail environments to deliver an engaging branded experience within health care,” he said. “They are truly innovating the space,” he added.
The ComQi, Aceso partnership is introducing the health-care industry to “cutting-edge media technology,” said Geoff Fiedler, Aceso’s president. That is enabling the companies’ clients to have the ability to generate new revenue and reduce costs, two important benefits in a time of uncertain reimbursement, he added.
