ASI Contracted for Technical Advisory Support Services

The company will provide GSA clients with “the highest level of value in terms of cost savings and reliable service."

The U.S. government has contracted ASI Government (ASI), a public sector consultant specializing in performance management and acquisition solutions, to provide “technical advisory assistance support services.”

The Government Services Administration (GSA), which oversees the acquisition of goods and services for the U.S. government, awarded the contract to ASI, which has partnered with Apptis, BCCP Consulting, decision/ analysis partners, and Telcordia Technologies to provide GSA clients with “the highest level of value in terms of cost savings and reliable service,” the company said.

The companies selected as partners have staffers who are some of the world’s top experts in telecommunications ordering and billing, systems and communications engineering, strategic and integrated telecommunications planning, and policy analysis, ASI says. They will “address each of the TAASS requirements,” said Anne Reed, ASI CEO.

Apptis has been at the forefront of the revolution that characterized modern telecommunications technology, having worked with industry and government clients to drive increased capability, effectiveness and value in federal telecom solutions, ASI says.

BCCP Consulting has provided extensive telecommunications support to GSA and other agencies, and is currently supporting a number of agency transitions from FTS2001 and other contracts to Networx, according to ASI.
