ROCKAWAY, N.J. – Activu Corporation, a manufacturer of visualization and collaboration solutions, announced Activu Series 5, an integrated display wall system that provides an intelligent visualization solution for small control rooms, command centers and conference rooms.
Series 5 introduces ActivPoint, a touch-screen graphical user interface based on Activu’s experience with software used in numerous military, defense, public safety, utility and transportation deployments. ActivPoint provides easy system set up and control, while offering the ability to create ad-hoc display layouts for the presentation and monitoring of critical information.
Deployed on commercial, off-the-shelf servers and display technology from well-known providers, the Series 5 system features a 2 x 2, 2 x 3 or 2 x 4 matrix video wall of ultra-thin bezel LCD panels mounted on a standalone structure with wheels for easy redeployment. All the supporting hardware, software and cabling needed for installation is included. The systems are live after a two-day, on-site construction-free implementation. The package includes the first year of technical support, training for system operators and administrators and consultation regarding the creation of custom template layouts.
