Would-be top-secret security experts might want to dust off their top-secret resumes. The National Security Agency has plans to double the size of its Maryland headquarters (at Fort George G. Meade), hiring more than 11,000 workers.
So says the Baltimore Business Journal.
The Journal says NSA plans to grow expand its footprint by about 236 acres in three phases over 20 years. Now, NSA has about 2.6 million square feet at Fort Meade. Phase One would add 1.8 million square feet for up to 6,500 government workers.
