Regarding “Inside the Rings, John Mathis, Senior VP Production at Mercury-Werks, on behalf of Rent A Center said, “Troy Aikman has been the ideal spokesman for the Rent-A-Center brand for a while now, and we were thrilled to be extending that relationship with the corporate sponsored production of this FOX TV special. And Jay Silverman, who has been directing the Rent-A-Center TV spots and has developed a nice rapport with Troy, was also the ideal candidate to direct this special pre-Superbowl presentation.
Adds Jay Silverman, “It’s not every day you get to direct four of the most extraordinary athletes who ever lived, all at the same time. As a longtime football fan, I was thrilled to be invited to direct and produce this special for FOX and Rent-A-Center. It’s sure to get the juices flowing for viewers getting ready to watch Superbowl XLV, while at the same time reaching the perfect target demo group for the Rent-A-Center brand message.
