Reno, NV, 15th August 2007
– The Digital Film Company (DFC) has opened
the first all data post facility in Hollywood
; supporting the industry leading
S.two D.MAG™ workflow in its entirety
The DFC, a company within The Camera House (TCH) group, opened its all data Hollywood facility earlier this month. The new facility allows filmmakers and television projects to take full advantage of the time, cost and quality benefits that S.two products have realized on many movies and shows around the world.
TCH CEO Rufus Burnham comments.
“We considered all the major uncompressed data products available. However, our post clients are asking for a complete end to end solution–not just products that collect great images. For DFC we needed a proven workflow and S.two products were the ideal fit.”
The Digital Film Company opens with post commitments from several projects already in production and has already provided post services for ‘Killer Pad‘, directed by Robert Englund and shot by David Stump A.S.C., and ‘Breaking The Rules‘ directed by and starring John Menendez of TV‘s Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Steve Roach S.two Marketing VP added.
“The all data DFC facility represents a new way of empowering independent movie makers by delivering 35mm quality at lower than video budgets for a complete, efficient filmmaking experience. S.two is delighted to be linked with the DFC and is confident our relationship will be as beneficial to its clients as the relationship we‘ve enjoyed with TCH.”
