Wes Anderson: 'I Don't Even Know What My Style Is!'

Dave Poland's DP/30 interview series talks to Wes Anderson about his first time in Cannes, casting and the Wes Andersonness of Moonrise Kingdom.

He says, "To me, I feel like every movie I'm doing, I'm doing something totally different. And by the time I've got it in front of anybody, everyone says, 'So your style is more recognizable than ever.' I don't even know what my style is. I feel like it's sort of my handwriting. I know I want to make a world for each story...I certainly recognize my predilections and things but I don't really think about a style."
